You can fill out a pre-application of your marriage license online up to one year in advance, which is highly recommended. This will expedite the marriage license process when you arrive into Las Vegas.

When you arrive in Las Vegas you will go to the Las Vegas marriage bureau to pick up your marriage license.

Requirements:

Each party will need one form of ID such as a drivers license or passport.

No Divorce decrees are required, but you will need to know when and where your divorce was final.

After your wedding

KEEPSAKE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

After your wedding ceremony, your wedding officiant will provide you with the Keepsake Marriage Certificate. Your wedding officiant will have 10 days to record your marriage certificate with the Clark County Recorder's office.

Returning Home

ORDER CERTIFICATE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Since the officiant has 10 days to record your marriage certificate for Clark County recorder's office, most couples order this certified marriage certificate online when they return home. It's not required to order certified marriage certificate, but wholly recommended since this will be your proof of marriage. He is with a certified marriage certificate can be ordered.

If your county requires an apostille

ORDER APOSTILLE

If your country also requires an apostille, then you can order the apostille once you have the certified marriage certificate from the Clark County recorder's office. Please allow ample time for this process since it will be a little back and forth with paperwork between you and the different offices. The apostille can be ordered through the secretary of state office.
